Our modern life –style is too demanding as we meet with unprecedented challenges in terms of physical strain, psychological pressures, emotional disturbances and spiritual vacuum. In this context, as a humble step towards providing physical and spiritual solace to the needy, the Ashram was founded in 1991 by the renowned physician late Sudheer Vaidyan. The Headquarters of Ashram is at Kureekkad in Ernakulum District on piece of land measuring 5.00 acres with absolute ownership. Temple for saga Agasthya and other Munis have been constructed in an extent of 1 acre of land. The balance 4.00 acres are being used for the different activities of the Ashram like Hospitals, Prayer Hall, Guest House, Office etc. The siddha branch of medical science was invented and introduced by the great sage Agasthya. Establishment of hospitals offering treatment under Siddha and Ayurvedic systems is one of the main objects of the Ashram and hence it is aptly named after him.
Hospitals
A hospital was established in 1991 by the Agasthya Charitable Society at Tripunithura. Treatment is provided for all chronic illness including all forms of arthritis, Osteoarthritis, disc problems, diseases of spine, cervical spondylosis, ankylising spondylosis, all forms of sprains, tendon injuries, cartilage injuries, bone fractures and all mechanical defects of the body caused by hits, falls and accidents
Another hospital is situated near the Agasthyasram in Kureekkad. It is on the northern side of the Puthiyakavu – Chottanikkara road and just 1 Km away towards the east from the famous Puthiyakavu Temple and Ayurveda Medical College. Patients from all over India and even from abroad are utilizing the medical treatments available here.
With a view to expanding the facilities so as to meet the increasing demand of the patients a new two-storey building with 9 rooms and a treatment room I each floor and other modern facilities is nearing completion adjacent to the existing hospital
Samadhi
The founder of the Ashram late Sudheer Vaidyan has attained Samadhi on 5 th February 2003. A monument at the Samadhi is being constructed.

Guest House
It is provided to construct a Guest House within the complex where patients can stay and undergo treatments enjoying the serine atmosphere and sanctity of Ashram. The proposed building will have two more floors with 6 apartments in each, consisting of one Living room, Bed rooms, Kitchen, toilet and Balcony
